• Manufacturer’s liability for defective products in the non-food segment, with particular experience in the following sectors: electronics (including automotive) and electrotechnics, toys, construction materials ( including fittings and powered gates)

• Technical-legal product regulations in the above sectors

• Guarantees and technical support

• Agency agreements

• Distribution and sales networks

• National and international contract management

• Environment, particularly in relation to the legislation on end-of-life electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE – Waste batteries and accumulators ), RoHS , REACH  including the representation of foreign producers in Italy for the purposes of all the requirements established in this sector by the legislation relating to WEEE, Battery waste, packaging waste and related obligations.
